Elseye is Czar and El. We scope, price and deliver every project together, and you deal with us directly from the first call to long after launch.
Czar leads engineering. Everything we ship is built at Czar’s desk, and questions about how something works go straight there.
Kuya El looks after clients and design. El is usually the first person you talk to, and makes sure what we build is what you asked for.

Kuya means big brother — it’s how we treat clients.
It is what you call an older brother in the Philippines: the one who looks out for you. That is the job as we see it. We tell you what we would do in your place, including when the answer is to spend less.
